Charlotte Tinsley has more than 16 years of leadership experience in human resources and retained executive search. Using a blend of creative and operational strengths, Charlotte has a track record of successfully managing assignments for public, private and non-profit organizations. Prior to joining Signium International in 1999, Charlotte was a Senior Manager overseeing human resources, technology, facilities, operations and risk management.
