Glenn G. Anderson, Jr., Senior Vice President heads Tyler & Company’s Cleveland, Ohio, office and directs its nonhealthcare search practice as Managing Director of Signium International in Cleveland. Joining Tyler & Company in 2009, he has more than 15 years of retained executive search experience as a partner with TMP Worldwide and LAI Worldwide. Glenn’s executive search practice focuses on finding C-suite and senior level executives for the industrial and financial service sectors. Clients include financial service organizations as well as private equity-backed and privately held companies.

Glenn was named “One of the Top 150 Most Influential Headhunters in the World” in 2008 by BusinessWeek.

Prior to entering executive search, Glenn was president of an industrial manufacturing company. Previously, Glenn spent nine years in human resource, benefits and compensation consulting with KPMG and the Segal Company.

Glenn serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Western Reserve Historical Society, and he is a trustee of the Suicide Prevention Education Alliance. Additionally, Glenn is a member of Business Volunteers Unlimited and the Weatherhead School of Management Alumni Advisory Group. He served on the board of Signium International as the Speaker for the Americas’ Region and Chief Financial Officer. He is a frequent speaker on leadership and executive recruiting at various industry forums.
